2. COSMETIC DISCLAIMER & PATCH TEST RECOMMENDATION

Our shea butter products are intended strictly for external cosmetic and skincare use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical skin conditions, diseases, or ailments. 

Natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions or sensitivity. We strongly advise performing a patch test on a small area of clean skin prior to full product application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

3. PRODUCT NATURE & TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY

Because raw or whipped shea butter is a natural product, variations in color, aroma, and consistency are normal. 

Shea butter melts at temperatures above 85°F (29°C). While we take precautions during packaging, melting may occur during transit in high-heat months. Melting does not diminish the beneficial properties of the product, but it may alter its texture. Refunds or replacements will not be issued solely due to texture changes caused by heat exposure during shipping.

4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or to cancel orders at our discretion.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier or delayed due to incorrect address entry provided at checkout.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall ButterTogether be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any of our products, exceeding the purchase price of the specific product purchased.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia.
