Important: HEAT SENSITIVITY & TEXTURE (SUMMER MONTHS)

Raw and whipped shea butter naturally softens or melts at high temperatures (above 85°F / 29°C). While we take care in packaging during warmer months, melting can occur during transit. Melting does not ruin the beneficial properties of shea butter—simply place it in a cool spot or refrigerator to re-solidify. Texture changes caused by heat exposure during shipping do not qualify for a return or refund.
